When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.

BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer Express and Standard shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees must be paid by reciever.
For International orders less than $75 USD, shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.
International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.

Delivery is approximately 4-9 business days after the time of shipment
Pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout (DDP), no additional charges upon delivery
Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information

STANDARD (DUTY + TAX UNPAID)
Delivery is approximately 5-10 business days after the time of shipment
Duties and taxes are unpaid, customer is responsible for duties, taxes & fees upon delivery
